The next morning, he came and did a system conversion that will help us over the long term for a very reasonable price
2) The 2nd issue we had a couple months related to the sensors. I tried cleaning them and troubleshooting the best I could. We had a tech out same day again and noticed that the wires were loose and came undone. The tech fixed this within 30 minutes and only charged the visit fee.
